Refund Policy

1. Current Status

Pulse is currently in beta/early access phase and is offered free of charge. As such, no refunds are applicable at this time.

2. Future Paid Plans

When paid plans become available, the following refund policy will apply:

2.1 Monthly Subscriptions

• 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: New subscribers may request a full refund within 7 days of their first payment.
• After 7 Days: Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time, but no refunds will be issued for partial months.

2.2 Annual Subscriptions

• 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: Annual subscribers may request a full refund within 30 days of payment.
• After 30 Days: A prorated refund may be available based on unused months.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund:

2. Include your account email and reason for refund
3. Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

• Setup or onboarding fees (if applicable)
• Custom development or consulting services
• Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation:

• You will retain access until the end of your billing period
• Your data will be retained for 30 days, then deleted
• You can export your data before the retention period ends
